How we work.
1. Pick your window.
Spring (April / early May) or fall (October / early November). Book early — these book out fastest.
2. Walk + scope.
Cameron walks the property and gives you a flat number based on what's actually there.
3. One-day blitz.
We roll in, leaves out, beds reset, hardscape blown, hauling done same day.
4. Walkthrough.
We walk the finished property with you. If something's missed, we go back.
