Cameron runs Versa, and the work has earned multiple repeat-customer reviews — "professional and reliable anytime we need them" and "I would definitely have them do my yard again." What's included.
- Weekly or bi-weekly mowing on a fixed schedule — same day, same time
- Edging along walkways, driveways, and beds for that finished look
- String trimming around trees, fences, posts, and obstacles
- Blow-off of clippings from hardscape — no debris left behind
- Spring start-up + fall final cut bookended into the season
- Optional add-ons: fertilizer, weed control, aeration, overseeding
How we work.
1. Walk the property.
Cameron walks the lawn with you, notes obstacles, beds, slopes, and the right cut height for your turf type.
2. Lock the schedule.
You pick the day. We hold that day every week, all season. Same-day reschedule only for safety (lightning, etc.).
3. Show up. Do the work.
Mow, edge, trim, blow off. The whole property gets attention — not just the front 20 feet.
4. Leave it spotless.
Hardscape blown off, gates closed, trash gates re-secured. We treat it like our own.
