A finish that looks sharp and holds up.

Painting is 80% prep. We fill, sand, mask and prime so the color goes on clean and stays put — inside and out. One Google reviewer put it: "10/10 communication, 10/10 workmanship."

Painting by Versa Property Management

Why this work matters.

The reason a paint job looks amateur is almost always prep. We fill the nail holes and cracks, sand the rough spots, caulk the gaps, mask the edges, and prime where it matters — so the lines are crisp, the coverage is even, and the finish doesn't peel in a year.

Versa does interior repaints, full-room and whole-home, plus exterior siding, trim, doors, fences and decks. Painting pairs naturally with our remodeling and power-washing work — wash it, prep it, paint it, all coordinated through one team. A real review on our garage paint work: "Cameron did an unbelievable painting job in my garage! Highly recommend."

How we work.

1. Walk + color.

We walk the space, confirm scope and colors, and give you a flat written number — no per-hour surprises.

2. Prep first.

Fill, sand, caulk, mask and prime. This is where the finished look is actually won.

3. Paint clean.

Cut in by hand, roll or spray for even coverage, and keep crisp lines at every edge.

4. Walk + touch up.

Final walkthrough together; anything that needs a touch-up gets handled before we pack up.

Common questions.

Interior, exterior, or both?
Both. We do interior repaints — single rooms to whole homes — and exterior siding, trim, doors, fences and decks. Exterior work is weather-dependent, so we schedule around the forecast.
How long will the finish last?
With proper prep and quality paint, interiors hold up for many years and exteriors typically run 7–10+ years depending on exposure. Skipping prep is what cuts that short — so we don't skip it.
Do you fix the walls before painting?
Yes — drywall patches, nail holes, cracks and caulk gaps get handled in prep. A flawless paint job starts with a flawless surface.
Can you wash the exterior first?
We usually power wash siding, trim or a deck right before painting or staining so the finish bonds to a clean surface — both handled by the same team.
