Walkways, pads, and paver work — done right, done flat, done to last.

Real review: "Cameron and his buddy came at the last minute and laid 22 pieces of 2x2x2 concrete pavers for me — friendly, polite, and very efficient. They did a great job. I will hire this company again."

Concrete by Versa Property Management

Why this work matters.

Concrete and paver work is permanent — get it wrong and you're looking at it for a decade. Versa does residential walkways, pads, paver patios, paver-and-concrete combinations, and small slab work. We grade properly, set base depth correctly, and finish to spec so the work doesn't crack out by year three.

The customer who wrote about us laying paver pieces at the last minute, when they were still in their car? That's how we'd rather work — show up, problem solved, finished, customer happy. The review ends: "I will hire this company again."

What's included.

  • Concrete walkways and small pads
  • Paver walkways, patios, and edging
  • Combination concrete-and-paver hardscape work
  • Proper base prep — graded, compacted, drainage-correct
  • Form work, finishing, and clean joint detail
  • Cleanup so the work site looks like it was never disturbed

How we work.

1. Measure + design.

Cameron measures the area, talks through layout options, and shows you material samples.

2. Quote with materials.

Flat number with the material allowance broken out so you know what you're paying for.

3. Prep + pour / lay.

Excavate, base, compact, form, pour or lay pavers, finish, joint, seal where applicable.

4. Cure + walk.

Cure time respected. Final walkthrough together. Punch-list anything that needs attention.

Common questions.

Do you do driveways?
Driveways are case-by-case — we handle smaller residential drives directly, larger commercial pours we partner with a dedicated concrete contractor.
Will the work hold up to Michigan winters?
Yes — proper base depth, drainage, and material spec is the whole reason concrete work lasts. We don't cut those corners.
Pavers vs. poured concrete — which is better?
Depends on the application. Pavers are easier to repair and look more premium; concrete is cheaper per square foot and more permanent. We'll walk you through the trade-off.
Do you handle existing concrete removal?
Yes — small to mid-size demo and haul-off included with replacement work.
